A post in 4 Parts (part 5)

September 13, 2009 by Lloyd 12 Comments

Well, it turned out that there were a lot of suggestions for things that I could put on the door of my new closet office. There were well over 100 suggestions, and I spent about a half hour yesterday reading them to Brad and Lauren and getting their reactions. This let me winnow the list down to an awkwardly unmanageable number.

This list I present to you. Vote for as many as you like.

I tried to vote as quickly as Lauren said “yes” or “no” yesterday. Now I’m all jittery.

      Yep, go with your gut!

Amy, are you alright? I know CPR, but it might not work for this. 🙂

I’ve never seen anyone use the word “winnow” in a sentence before. Interesting.

I thought the same thing! I always thought you whittled down a list.

I suppose it could have been whittled down too. In fact, that might have been better. While I was going through the list with Lauren and Brad, Brad said, “How are you answering these so fast?”

Lauren replied, “I’m just saying ‘no’ to every third one.”

    Hey…where did my comment go?

I laughed out loud at your title! And in my other comment I said something REALLY funny….but now I forget what it was.

You fashioned that to be a very polite survey. You’re welcome!

The general consensus was that TARDIS called for something more like this.
