More Parky

June 2, 2007 by Lauren 5 Comments

What a lovely day for a walk in the park.

Lloyd brought his plants home from his classroom for the summer, and we found the perfect place for them.  The living room is starting to look like a Maurice Sendak story, don’t you think?  It will make walking on my treadmill much more pleasant.  Maybe we should get some birds to fly around for the full park-like effect.  And a bum.

Where the wild things are.

A bum? I’m pretty sure Brad will be on your couch for half the summer, will that suffice?

When you build your underground house, and I have my glass house on top of it, that is totally what each room will look like!

I’m on to you, Lauren. I see that the pathway to the treadmill is filling with obstacles. Is this intentional? OR are you looking to increase the amount of oxygen to your lungs as you walk?

Narnia and Where the Wild Things Are… Two excellent books to go with the picture. How does The Secret Garden fit in????
